Laguiole Tradition

Laguiole Tradition, a cutlery factory located in Espalion, has been manufacturing folding knives, sommeliers and tableware since 1992. Each work is entirely handmade by a single cutler who signs it by guilloché on the back of the blade. The company sells its products in cutlery, armories, department stores and restaurants in more than 45 countries and today generates more than 75% of its turnover from exports.
